Rule 10
Provisions related to registration of exempted land
:
(1) If a piece of land is exempted from surveying, or exempted from registration even though it has been surveyed, the concerned person may submit an application to Napi Goshwara along with necessary documents for surveying or registering such land.
(2) If an application is received as per sub-rule (1), the surveyor Goshwara shall submit the application to the committee under rule 11 and do so in accordance with the recommendations of the committee.
(3) According to this rule, after the work of land surveying has started in the ward or village development committee of a municipality, the related surveyors for the necessary actions will be taken by the Missile Malpot Office pending the decision to proceed for the registration of exempted land within the area of that ward or village development committee. It will have to be sent to Goshwara.
